Peanut Butter Fudge Frosting
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, softened
½ cup creamy peanut
butter
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 - 3 tablespoons milk
Procedure:
- At medium speed, beat together butter, peanut butter, cream cheese, and
vanilla until fluffy.
- Add confectioners sugar and milk.
- Beat on low until blended, adding more confectioners sugar as necessary
for correct thickness.
- On medium, beat 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Spread on cooled Peanut Butter Cake.
