Peanut Butter Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1-¼ cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup vegetable
shortening
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
Procedure:
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add milk, peanut butter, shortening, vanilla and eggs.
- Beat until blended, for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Pour into lightly oiled 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Frost with Peanut Butter Frosting.
