Dehydrator Jerky
 
 
Procedure:
 
  • Cut meat into strips 1-inch wide by 5-inches long by

    ½-inch thick. 

  • Marinate in Jerky Marinade recipe for 24 hours. 
  • Drain off marinade.
  • Place foil in bottom of dehydrator to catch drippings. 
  • Place meat on trays, do not touch or overlap. 
  • Dry 8 to 10 hours at 140 ° F
  • Rotate trays and turn meat periodically.
