Pineapple
Pecan Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened 1 small can crushed
pineapple, well-drained 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery 2 tablespoons finely
chopped green pepper 1 teaspoon salt ¾
cup chopped pecans
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Shape into ball.
- Roll in nuts.
- Chill and serve.
