2 egg whites
2 T. sugar
1 t. vanilla
- In a small mixing bowl combine egg whites, sugar and vanilla.
- Beat with a mixer at high speed until stiff.
- Spread on top of pie and brown in a 400 degree oven for 6-8 minutes, keeping a close watch so as not to burn
the meringue.
- Meringue is ready to spread on pie when you can turn the bowl upside down and meringue does not run out.
