Meringue
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Procedure:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine ingredients.
- Mix at high speed until stiff.
- Spread meringue on pie and brown in a 400° F
oven for 6-8 minutes, keeping watch so as not to burn meringue.
- Tip: Meringue is ready to spread on pie when you can turn the bowl
upside down and it won't run out.
