Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice, brown or white
1 cup bit-sized broccoli florets
¼ cup thinly sliced
celery
¼ cup finely
chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
½ cup bottled
Italian dressing, more if you like
Procedure:
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, tossing well to coat with salad
dressing.
