Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie
Ingredients:
¼ cup unsweetened
cocoa powder
2 tablespoons oil
4 ounces softened cream cheese
1 12-ounce container cool whip
1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
Procedure:
- In a large bowl, combine the cocoa and oil.
- Add the sugar and milk and mix well.
- Add the cream cheese and beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Fold in the cool whip with a spoon, blend well.
- Pour into pie crust, cover loosely, and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
