Savory Baked Onions
Ingredients:
large onions
beef or chicken bouillon cubes
butter
Procedure:
- Peel each onion and cut a hole out of the top big enough to place a bouillon
cube into.
- Place bouillon cube into the hole.
- Place a teaspoon of butter over the cube.
- Carefully wrap onion in tin foil, keeping it top side up.
- Place onions on baking sheet top side up.
- Bake 350° F
for 1 hour.
