Dehydrator
Jerky
Procedure:
- Cut meat into strips 1-inch wide by 5-inches long by
½-inch thick.
- Marinate in Jerky Marinade recipe for 24 hours.
- Drain off marinade.
- Place foil in bottom of dehydrator to catch drippings.
- Place meat on trays, do not touch or overlap.
- Dry 8 to 10 hours at 140 ° F.
- Rotate trays and turn meat periodically.
