Zesty Broiled Potatoes
Ingredients:
8 medium-sized potatoes
1 bottle Italian dressing
Procedure:
- Boil potatoes in jackets until they're still firm, but done.
- Let cool.
- Peel and slice into ½-inch thick
slices.
- In a large bowl, pour enough dressing to cover top of potatoes.
- Stir to coat all slices.
- Marinate one hour or longer.
- Broil slices
until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
