Tender Seared Venison Bites
 
 
Preparation:
 
 

  • Cut venison into thin pieces approximately ½-inch square and 2 to 4-inches long. 
  • Marinate 4 hours or more in Venison Marinade
  • Heat wok on Medium High until nearly smoking. 
  • Add just enough olive oil to coat bottom of pan. 
  • As you cook, you will need to do this periodically.
  • You'll be able to tell when more oil is needed. 
  • Sear meat, turning, until thoroughly browned on all sides.
