Tender Seared Venison Bites
Preparation:
- Cut venison into thin pieces approximately ½-inch square and 2 to 4-inches long.
- Marinate 4 hours or more in Venison Marinade.
- Heat wok on Medium High until nearly smoking.
- Add just enough olive oil to coat bottom of pan.
- As you cook, you will need to do this periodically.
- You'll be able to tell when more oil is needed.
- Sear meat, turning, until thoroughly browned on all sides.
