I always keep the ingredients for this marinade on hand. The taste
is unbelievable! It's great for pork or chicken, but we like it best for beef. Ya gotta try it!
Special Marinade
Ingredients:
1½ cup salad oil
¾ cup soy
sauce
¼ cup worcestershire
sauce
2 tablespoons dry mustard (prepared mustard is fine)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
½ cup wine
vinegar (white is fine)
1½ teaspoon parsley
2 cloves garlic, crushed (1 teaspoon garlic powder is fine)
½ cup lemon
juice
1 package onion soup mix
Procedure:
- Whisk together all ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour marinade in a gallon-sized zip-lock bag.
- Place meat in marinade; seal bag.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours, over-night is great.
- Drain well before cooking your meat.
