Pumpkin Seeds are nuts chock full or nutrients beneficial in brain health and development.

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Procedure:

  • Wash pumpkin seeds
  • Boil them in salted water  (2-3 tablespoons salt per quart of water) for 15 minutes.
  • Drain.
  • Spread on a cookie sheet with a little melted butter (enough butter to coat bottom of sheet).
  • Roast at 350° F until brown and crisp.
