Potato Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
3 cups coarsely crushed regular potato chips
2-½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 6-ounce package butterscotch chips
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Cream together butter and sugars.
- Add eggs and flavoring and beat well.
- Add crushed potato chips and butterscotch chips.
- Sift flour and baking soda together.
- Stir into the creamed mixture.
- Drop by the teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
