Orange Pork Chops
Ingredients:
6 to 8 pork chops
½ cup orange
juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
¼ cup brown
sugar
Procedure:
- Mix orange juice, mustard and sugar together and pour over pork chops.
- Bake in 350° F
oven one hour or until tender.
- Baste as they cook.
