This meatloaf
has a delicious Italian flavor and is covered in yummy melted Mozzarella. Never any leftovers around my house!

Mozzarella Meatloaf
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup cracker crumbs 1 cup
milk
½ cup parmesan
cheese 1 onion, chopped 1 teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon pepper 1
teaspoon oregano 1 14-ounce jar pizza sauce, reserving ½ cups for top 1 green pepper, chopped 1 small can mushrooms, chopped 2 tablespoons butter,
softened 1 tablespoon parsley 1 package shredded mozzerella cheese
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients except mozzerella cheese thoroughly.
- Shape into desired loaf shape.
- Bake, covered, 350° F for
one hour or until done.
- Remove cover for last 15 minutes of baking.
- Spread reserved ½ cup
pizza sauce on top.
- Continue baking uncovered, for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake the last 5 minutes or until cheese
is melted.
- Let set 5 - 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
