Julia's Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
12 ounces cream cheese
6 ounces grated Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoons grated onion
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup ground pecans, divided
Procedure:
- Combine cheeses, onions, and worcestershire sauce in a medium size bowl.
- Beat in ½ cup pecans.
- Shape into a ball and roll in remaining nuts.
- Cover and refrigerate.
