Pork Steak, Green Beans 'n Taters
Ingredients:
4 Pork Steaks
2 cans green beans
5 or 6 medium potatoes, peeled
and dice
1 large onion, sliced and ringed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Flour
Procedure:

Flour the
pork steak and brown in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Layer green
beans in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

Place a
layer of diced potatores over beans.

Lay onion
rings over potatoes.

Salt and
pepper.

Lay browned
pork steaks on top of all.

Cover
with aluminum foil and bake in oven at 250° F
for 3 to 4 hours for slow-baked meal, which produces more tender meat, or 375° F for 1 to 1½ hours
for quicker baking.
