Pork Steak, Green Beans 'n Taters

 

 

Ingredients:

 

4 Pork Steaks

2 cans green beans
5 or 6 medium potatoes, peeled and dice
1 large onion, sliced and ringed

Salt and Pepper to taste

Flour

 

 

Procedure:

  • Flour the pork steak and brown in a skillet over medium-high heat. 
  • Layer green beans in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. 
  • Place a layer of diced potatores over beans.  
  • Lay onion rings over potatoes. 
  • Salt and pepper.  
  • Lay browned pork steaks on top of all.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven at 250° F for 3 to 4 hours for slow-baked meal, which produces more tender meat, or 375° F for 1 to 1½ hours for quicker baking.
