Cherry or Blueberry Supreme
Ingredients:
2 graham cracker pie crusts
1 large package Dream Whip (has 2 packs in it)
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
2 packages (8-ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can of cherry pie filling
1 can blueberry pie filling
Procedure:
- Mix cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer
until smooth.
- In another bowl mix both the Dream Whip packages with the milk, beat until
stiff peaks forms.
- Next carefully blend in the cream cheese mix and add the vanilla.
- Just blend well - don't overbeat.
- Carefully spoon half of batter into each pie shell. Sort of indent
the center of pie so sides will be a little higher.
- Spoon in the pie filling and spread evenly - cherry into one shell, blueberry
into the other.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
