Skillet Fudge Bars

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

¼ c. butter, softened

1 c. sugar

½ c. flour

½ c. half-and-half cream

1 6-oz. pkg. chocolate chips

½ c. chopped nuts

1 t. vanilla

¼ t. salt

 

 

Procedure:

 
  • Combine butter, sugar, flour and cream.
  • In skillet or saucepan, bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  • Boil gently 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into a greased, 9-inch square pan.
  • Chill until firm, cut into squares.
