Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Bars
Ingredients:
1 chocolate fudge cake mix
2 eggs, divided
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup chocolate chips
Procedure:
- Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly.
- Reserve 1 cup for topping.
- Pat remaining crumb mixture into ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350° F.
- Beat sugar, cream cheese, and 1 egg until light and smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread over baked layer.
- Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Cool and cut.
