Ranch Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
6-8 medium potatoes, quartered and cooked until tender
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup sour
cream
½ cup Ranch
salad dressing
¼ cup bacon
bits or cooked crumbled bacon
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded
cheddar cheese
2 cup crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs
¼ cup butter,
melted
Procedure:
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, dressing, bacon, parsley and 1 cup
cheese.
- Add potatoes and gently toss.
- Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle ½ cup cheese
on top.
- For topping, combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle over top of casserole.
