Hash Brown-Sausage Casserole
Ingredients:
6 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
⅓ cup chopped onion
2 cups sour cream
½ teaspoon
salt
¼ teaspoon
pepper
1 pound fully cooked little smoked sausage links
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients except sausage and cheese.
- Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
- Arrange sausage links over potatoe mixture.
- Cover and bake at 350° F
for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
