Hash Brown-Sausage Casserole
 
 
Ingredients:
 
6 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
cup chopped onion
2 cups sour cream
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 pound fully cooked little smoked sausage links
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
 
Procedure:
  • Combine all ingredients except sausage and cheese.
  • Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
  • Arrange sausage links over potatoe mixture. 
  • Cover and bake at 350° F for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake, uncovered for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
