1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
¼ cup all-purpose
¼ cup cornstarch
¼ cup beer
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg yolk
- Combine flour, cornstarch, and salt.
- Add beer, butter, and egg yolk; stir until smooth.
- Dip shrimp into batter and deep-fry a few at a time at 375° F until golden.
