Country-Fried Corn
Ingredients:
6 ears fresh corn, husked and silked
¼ cup cooking
oil
½ cup water
1 teaspoon salt
Procedure:
- Cut corn off cob and scrape cob.
- Place corn in skillet and add oil, water, and salt.
- On medium heat, cook, stirring frequently until thick.
- Serve hot with butter.
