Rosemary-Lemon Barbecued Pork Chops
 
 
Ingredients:
 
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup lemon juice
grated peel of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
teaspoon dried basil
teaspoon lemon pepper
4 pork chops 1-inch thick
 
 
Procedure:
  • Whisk together garlic, lemon juice and peel, oil, rosemary, basil and lemon pepper.
  • Place pork chops in a large resealable bag.
  • Pour in the marinade.
  • Seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally to coat.
  • Drain and reserve marinade.
  • Grill chops over medium heat about 6 minutes per side or until done, brushing occasionally with marinade.
