Rosemary-Lemon Barbecued Pork Chops
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup lemon
juice
grated peel of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
⅛
teaspoon dried basil
⅛
teaspoon lemon pepper
4 pork chops 1-inch thick
Procedure:
- Whisk together garlic, lemon juice and peel, oil, rosemary, basil and lemon
pepper.
- Place pork chops in a large resealable bag.
- Pour in the marinade.
- Seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally
to coat.
- Drain and reserve marinade.
- Grill chops over medium heat about 6 minutes per side or until done, brushing
occasionally with marinade.
