Cranberry Meatballs
Ingredients:
Meatballs:
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup cornflake crumbs
⅓ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
½ teaspoon salt
2 pounds ground beef
Sauce:
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Procedure:
- Combine meatball ingredients, mix well.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place in baking pan.
- Bake at 350° F
for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, drain.
- In a large sauce pan, combine sauce ingredients.
- Cook, stirring frequently, until cranberry sauce is melted.
- Add the meatballs and heat through.
