Russian Beef Patties
Ingredients:
3 slices white bread, trimmed
½ cup milk
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon
pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 tablespoons butter
Procedure:
- Combine meat, onions, garlic salt, pepper and egg.
- Squeeze the bread, eliminating all excess fluid, and combine with meat mixture,
mixing well.
- Shape into 12 patties.
- In a large skillet, heat the butter and fry the patties until brown on both
sides.
- Serve with Mm-Mm-Mushroom Sauce poured over.
