Breakfast Burritos
Ingredients:
2 large flour tortillas
3 slices bacon, fried, drained, and crumbled
4 eggs
¼ cups mushrooms, sliced
¼ cups onions, diced
¼ cups green pepper,
diced
1 jar pimientos, drained
Procedure:
- Warm tortillas in oven or microwave.
- Mix all ingredients and scramble in butter.
- Place tortillas on plates.
- Spoon egg mixture down center of each tortilla and wrap.
