Breakfast Burritos
 
 
Ingredients:
 
 
2 large flour tortillas
3 slices bacon, fried, drained, and crumbled
4 eggs

cups cheddar

cups mushrooms, sliced
cups onions, diced
cups green pepper, diced
1 jar pimientos, drained
 
 
Procedure:
  • Warm tortillas in oven or microwave.
  • Mix all ingredients and scramble in butter.
  • Place tortillas on plates.
  • Spoon egg mixture down center of each tortilla and wrap.
