Golden Crab Cakes
Ingredients:
1 cup Italian-flavored bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 stalk celery, chopped
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1½ teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons mozzerella cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 cans lump crabmeat, drained
2 tablespoons butter
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients except the crabmeat and oil; mix well.
- Fold in crabmeat, being careful not to break up the chunks
- Form into equal-sized patties.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the patties and on each side until golden brown.
