Superior Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1½ pounds
ground beef
¼ cup minced
onion
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon
dry mustard
½ teaspoon
celery salt
¼ teaspoon
pepper
¼ teaspoon
sage
⅛
teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Shape by rounded tablespoon into 24 balls.
- Melt 1 Tablespoon shortening in large skillet.
- Brown meatballs on all sides about 20 minutes or until done.
