Country Dumplings
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Drop by heaping teaspoon or tablespoon (depending on the size dumplings you want) into boiling stew or broth.
- Cook until dumplings are done, usually 10-15 minutes.
