I use my crockpot often for making these baked potatoes. I fill it
up with them, and usually have leftover potatoes for the next day - just set the crockpot in the fridge overnight,
take it out the next morning by midday and turn it on low. The potatoes are ready by supper time.
- Wash potatoes and prick with a fork.
- Wrap completely in foil and arrange in crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, high for 2-4 hours.
- Add no liquid.
