Cheese Meatloaf for Crock Pot
Ingredients:
1½ lbs. ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon
pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 slices cheese
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients except cheese slices; mix thoroughly.
- Shape into a ball and place in the crockpot.
- Flatten on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 2 hours, then on
low for 2 hours.
- Add cheese slices on top a few minutes before done and allow to melt.
