Hot Sweet-n-Sour Green Bean Salad
4 diced slices bacon
2 12-ounce packages frozen cut green beans
4 teaspoon sugar
½ cup green
1 cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar
- Cook green beans according to package directions, drain, saving ½ cup liquid.
- Fry bacon and onions until bacon is lightly browned and onions are tender.
- Add sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, beans and bean liquid. Serve hot.
