Ingredients:
 
large onions
beef or chicken bouillon cubes
butter
 
 
Procedure:
  • Peel each onion and cut a hole out of the top big enough to place a bouillon cube into.
  • Place bouillon cube into the hole.
  • Place a teaspoon of butter over the cube.
  • Carefully wrap onion in tin foil, keeping it top side up.
  • Place onions on baking sheet top side up.
  • Bake 350° F for 1 hour.
