Tuna Salad Sandwiches
 
 
Ingredients:
 
2 7-ounce cans tuna, drained

½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
2 chopped, hard-boiled eggs

½ teaspoon salt

dash pepper
 
 
Procedure:
  • Mix all ingredients well. 
  • I sometimes use more mayonnaise, to make the mixture a little creamier. 
  • Serve on bread or toast. 
  • Add lettuce and a slice of tomato, if you like.
