Tuna Salad Sandwiches
Ingredients:
2 7-ounce cans tuna, drained
½ cup mayonnaise or
salad dressing
1 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
2 chopped, hard-boiled eggs
dash pepper
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients well.
- I sometimes use more mayonnaise, to make the mixture a little creamier.
- Serve on bread or toast.
- Add lettuce and a slice of tomato, if you like.
