2 cups sifted flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add milk gradually.
- Drop dough by heaping teaspoon into boiling broth or stew, using more or
less to get the size dumplings you desire.
- Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the size of the dumplings, until
they are done inside.
