Fried Frog Legs
Procedure:
- To prepare frog's legs, cut off the legs, remove the feet, and peel off
the skin.
- Dip legs into beaten eggs and then roll in flour.
- Deep-frying - fry about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Pan-frying - Fry 5 to 10 minutes over low heat, turning
as needed.
- When done, the meat separates easily from the bones.
