Herbal Hamburgers
 
 
Ingredients:
 
2 tablespoons melted butter

teaspoon dried rosemary

teaspoon dry mustard

dash Worcestershire sauce
prepared uncooked hamburgers patties
 
 
Procedure:
  • Melt 1 tablespoon butter with rosemary, don't brown the butter, stir a bit.
  • Add hamburger patties.
  • Fry on both sides until done.
  • Remove hamburgers from pan.
  • Add another tablespoon of butter to pan drippings
  • Add dry mustard and dash of Worcestershire sauce.
  • Stir a minute.
  • Pour over burgers.
