Canned Stewed Tomatoes
1 gallon peeled, cored, chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped
2 teaspoons salt
- Combine all ingredients in a large pan, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Ladle hot mix into hot jars, allowing ½-inch headspace.
- Adjust lids.
- Process in pressure canner, pints 15 minutes, quarts, 20 minutes at 10 pounds
- Remove from canner and let seal.
