Pumpkin Pie is a tradition at Thanksgiving, but my family loves them year-round.  I've tried many different recipes, but this one is especially good!

Pumpkin Pie
1 cup cooked pumpkin

cup brown sugar

cup white sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

teaspoon ginger

teaspoon nutmeg

teaspoon salt

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup milk

cup evaporated milk

1 9-inch pie crust
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake 10 minutes at 450 F, then lower heat to 300 F and bake until firm, about 45 minutes.
