Ingredients:
Garlic
Vegetable Oil
Procedure:
- Peel and mince a few heads of garlic, depending on the size of the heads.
- Put into a small jar.
- Pour vegetable oil over the garlic, shake to coat well.
- Store in the fridge, and it will keep for months.
- One-fourth teaspoon equals one garlic clove in a recipe.
