Corn Croquettes
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 quart cream-style corn
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup milk
2 eggs
salt and pepper
Procedure:
- add milk to butter.
- separate the eggs.
- lightly beat whites and yolks separately.
- add yolks to milk mixture, then add whites.
- add corn.
- add flour.
- add salt and pepper to taste.
- fry in hot oil until golden brown on one side, then the other.
- drain and serve.
