Corn Croquettes
 
 
Ingredients:
 
1 cup flour
1 quart cream-style corn
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup milk
2 eggs
salt and pepper
 
 
Procedure:
  • add milk to butter.
  • separate the eggs.
  • lightly beat whites and yolks separately.
  • add yolks to milk mixture, then add whites.
  • add corn.
  • add flour.
  • add salt and pepper to taste.
  • fry in hot oil until golden brown on one side, then the other. 
  • drain and serve.
