Eric's Steak Marinade
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon
dry mustard
¾ cup water
¼ cup soy
sauce
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vinegar
½ teaspoon
ground ginger
Procedure:
- Place pieces of round steak or ribeyes in a shallow glass pan.
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Pour marinade over the meat, cover tightly.
- Refrigerate overnight or for 8 hours.
- Remove meat from marinade, and broil.
