These barbecued ribs are mouth-wateringly delicious!  Grilled to perfection, these just might be the best ribs you'll ever eat.  It's all in the sauce....
 
 
 
 
 

Grilled Barbecued Spare Ribs
 
 
Ingredients:
 
5 pounds spareribs

 
       Sauce:

¾ cup brown sugar
1½ tablespoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ginger
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 minced cloves garlic
3 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
 
 
Procedure:

  • Boil ribs in a large pot with salted water to cover.
  • Simmer slowly for 45 to 60 minutes until meat begins to pull away from bones and is gray in color. 
  • Combine sauce ingredients. 
  • Let stand 15 minutes. 
  • Place boiled ribs on a deep platter. 
  • Brush with sauce on both sides. 
  • Let stand 2 hours. 
  • Remove ribs; pour sauce in a cup. 
  • Grease grill lightly. 
  • Barbecue over medium heat until ribs are fork tender, brushing frequently with sauce. 
  • Remove ribs to a platter. 
  • Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
