These dinnner
rolls are easy to make and delicious! They'll disappear from the table fast. I like to keep a supply
of the dough in the fridge. It keeps very well, and you can have hot, delicious yeast rolls in a jiffy.

Easy Dinner Rolls
Ingredients:
1 cup lukewarm milk 1 cup lukewarm water 1 package
dry yeast
¼ cup sugar ¾ cup oil 1 egg, slightly beaten 4 cups all-purpose flour
Procedure:
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Add milk to sugar, oil and egg.
- Add the water and yeast.
- Mix well.
- Add flour.
- Beat until well-mixed.
- This batter stores well in the refrigerator for several days.
- To bake, dip batter into greased muffin tins (about
⅔
full.)
Bake 20 minutes at 425° F.
