Dehydrator Jerky



Beef or venison
Not Just for Jerky Marinade



  • Cut meat into strips 1-inch wide by 5-inches long by 1/2-inch thick. 

  • Marinate in Not Just for Jerky Marinade for 24 hours. 

  • Drain off marinade. 

  • Place meat on trays, do not touch or overlap. 

  • Dry 4 hours at 140o

  • Rotate trays and turn meat every hour or so. 

  • Dry 6 - 8 hours or more. 

  • Place foil in bottom of dehydrator to catch drippings. 

  • When jerky is ready, remove from dehydrator.

  • Allow to cool completely and store in a sealed container.
