Confetti Dip
Ingredients:
1 small carrot, cut into 1-inch pieces
¼ of an onion, cut into
2 pieces
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Procedure:
- In food processor bowl with metal blade, or in a blender, process carrot and onion until coarsely chopped.
- Remove from bowl.
- Place cottage cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, and garlic powder in the food processor bowl.
- Process until smooth.
- Stir in chopped carrot and onion.
- Serve with assorted vegetables, ruffled chips or crackers.
- Makes 1 cup.
